As the Lead Drafter at a high-end swimming pool builder, I create detailed construction documents including detailed drawings, section views, utility layouts, and hardscape plans. Additionally, I set all drafting standards for the company as well as page layout, title block, and design identity for the documents. Everything below was created solely by me as the Lead Drafter.

Detail and Section Views - Custom Outdoor Kitchen with BBQ, Fire Pit, Benches, and Shade Structure (Structure sent off for further Engineering.)

Water Features - Custom-designed Water Features selected for their complexity.

1. Scupper and Fire Feature combination, requiring extra attention to detail ensuring section views were drawn correctly.

2. Rain Sheer Descent with extension from the feature wall.

Selected Works - Various sheets from completed construction sets including Utility layouts and Hardscaping.
